Description:
AI implementations fail when they amplify existing cultural dysfunction instead of solving real problems. This webinar reframes AI readiness as an organizational health diagnostic and shows leaders how to strengthen the foundations that make any technology rollout successful. You’ll learn what to fix before deployment so AI accelerates performance rather than chaos.
After this webinar, you will have:
A practical 3-question assessment leaders can use immediately to evaluate whether their organization is prepared for AI implementation or any major change initiative.
A step-by-step process for uncovering vague workflows, inconsistent criteria, and misaligned stakeholders—so you can address organizational friction before technology exposes it.
A 30/90/180-day action plan that prioritizes culture, clarity, and alignment ahead of technology, ensuring change initiatives actually stick.
