Description:
When your organization never sleeps, orientation can’t either. St. Ann’s Community operates 24/7 across multiple campuses, making traditional, in-person-only orientation inconsistent, labor-intensive, and nearly impossible to scale without overburdening staff or relying on outdated systems and methods.
Vicky Bournival, Director of Organizational Development, knew something had to change. After discovering Advantage HR Engage™, she became the champion her organization needed, leading the shift to a modern hybrid orientation focused on culture, improved engagement, reduced HR office traffic, and one that could deliver measurable ROI.
In this session, Vicky shares how she led this transformation with a small team, built leadership support, designed a hybrid model tailored to both clinical and non-clinical staff, and used data to demonstrate real savings, including how even a 1% reduction in turnover equals $45,000 saved.
If you would like to find an easier way to deliver a welcoming, consistent orientation on Day One that saves time and reduces information overload, this session is your road map.
By the end of this webinar, you will be able to:
- Be the Champion Your C-Suite Needs: How to secure buy-in, demonstrate value, and align with organizational priorities.
- Build a Hybrid Orientation That Works: deliver consistent, scalable orientation across shifts, departments, and locations without relying on “old school” all-in-person methods.
- Your Team Can Do More: How reducing manual orientation tasks frees HR to focus on impact, not logistics.
- Show Real ROI: Use engagement, consistency, and retention metrics to prove your orientation program can reduce workload and cut attrition costs.
