Workshop Instructor
Karla spent eight years managing teams and projects in the tech industry before becoming a Confidence Coach. She understands the stress that comes with stepping into leadership roles, being responsible for high-value projects, and developing a team. She's passionate about helping others become more confident leaders because of her own experience.
Karla completed a year-long coaching and leadership training program through Accomplishment Coaching. She's received additional training from Google's head coach, David Peterson, and specific training in cognitive-behavioral theory and acceptance & commitment theory, which are evidence-based approaches to personal development and transformation. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
