Presenter Bio

LaQuenta Jacobs provides leadership and advocacy for diversity, equity and inclusion in the cultural development of XPO’s workplace. She initially joined the company as head of human resources for the last mile logistics business unit. Ms. Jacobs has more than two decades of experience leading organizational development initiatives for global public companies, and has championed inclusivity in senior HR roles with Delta Air Lines, Inc., The Home Depot, Inc., Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc. and Georgia-Pacific Corporation, among others.


Ms. Jacobs is a certified Executive Leadership Coach and holds several certifications in cultural diversity assessments with IDI and the Center for Cultural Intelligence. She has been recognized for her work in diversity and inclusion by Fleet Owner's Women in Transportation 2021, Georgia Titan 100 for 2022 and is an inaugural founding member of DEI Board.org which is a consortium of DEI executives. Notably, under Ms. Jacob's leadership, XPO was named to Women in Trucking's Top Companies for Women to Work for in Transportation list for the first time in company history in 2021. She serves her passion for philanthropy as a member of the board for Soles4Souls and an advisory member for American Trucking Associations. Her passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has been featured as a leading voice throughout the industry via podcasts and panels to drive and influence the strategy behind diversity. She holds a degree in psychology from Clark Atlanta University.
